PLATINUM — PERSONAL ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Version 1.1 · Effective 10 September 2026

1. About these terms

Grelvio is operated by R.G.B FINANCIALS LTD, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16599011, registered office: 56 Christie Lane, Salford, England, M7 3BN. These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and R.G.B FINANCIALS LTD (“Grelvio”, “we”, “us”) for your use of your Grelvio account, the Grelvio app and related services. Read them together with our Privacy Notice, any fee or rate information shown in the app, and any product-specific terms presented to you. Where a particular product has additional terms, those additional terms also apply to that product.

2. What Grelvio is — and what it is not

Grelvio is a brand and technology platform operated by R.G.B FINANCIALS LTD. Grelvio is not a bank, does not hold a banking licence and does not take deposits. The account governed by these terms is a payment account: the money in it is held as electronic money or as payment funds and is not a bank deposit. Where a service requires regulatory authorisation — including holding your money, issuing account details, executing payments or issuing cards — that service is provided through the relevant authorised provider under its own permissions, and that provider's terms and regulatory protections also apply to you. We will identify the relevant provider in the app or in the product information for the service concerned, before or at the point you use it. Any separate regulated product or service that may be offered to you is subject to its own product terms and to the permissions of the provider of that product, and is not governed by these terms. Nothing in the app is personal investment, tax or legal advice.

3. How your money is held (safeguarding, not deposit protection)

Money you hold with Grelvio is not a bank deposit. Where your funds are held as electronic money, the relevant authorised provider safeguards them in accordance with the rules applicable to that provider — typically by keeping customer funds separate from its own funds. Safeguarding is not the same as deposit protection: electronic money is not a bank deposit and is not directly protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and no interest is paid on your balance. Safeguarding does not guarantee that you will receive your money immediately or in full in every circumstance; an insolvency process may cause delays and costs.

4. Who can use Grelvio

You must meet the eligibility requirements shown during onboarding, provide complete and accurate information, and complete the identity, security and compliance checks we or our providers require. We may decline an application or ask for more information where reasonably needed for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security or risk reasons.

5. Your account

Your account is for your own lawful use unless we specifically agree otherwise. You must keep your personal and contact information up to date. Available currencies, account details, payment methods, limits and features depend on your location, eligibility, account type and the payment infrastructure available to your account, and may change or be withdrawn.

6. Keeping your account secure

Keep your password, passcode, card details, security codes, devices and authentication methods secure. Do not allow another person to use your account as if they were you. Tell us promptly if you believe your account, device, credentials or payment tools have been lost, stolen, compromised or used without permission. We may block or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect you, Grelvio, our providers or the wider payment system.

7. Making and receiving payments

Depending on the services available to your account, you may be able to receive, hold, transfer, exchange or spend money. A payment you instruct is authorised when you consent to it in the way the app asks for — for example by confirming it and completing the required authentication. You are responsible for entering accurate payment details and checking them before confirming; a payment is normally executed on the unique identifier (such as the account number, sort code or IBAN) you provide. Payment instructions received after the cut-off time shown for that payment type, or on a non-working day, are treated as received on the next working day. Execution times, cut-off times and any limits that apply are shown in the app or in the product information for the payment concerned. Once a payment has been submitted or processed, it may not always be possible to cancel or recover it; where the law gives you a right to withdraw consent or to a refund — for example for a future-dated or recurring payment, or a payment initiated by or through a payee — those rights continue to apply. Some money can also arrive in or leave your account without a new instruction from you, for example an incoming payment, a card transaction you have already authorised, a scheduled or recurring payment you set up, a refund, a reversal or a correction, or a charge or fee that is due.

8. Balances, fees, limits and exchange rates

The app shows the balance and transaction information available to us. Fees, limits, exchange rates and other charges are shown in the app or in the relevant product information before you confirm a transaction. Exchange rates change continuously and may include a margin or fee that we or a provider apply; a rate shown in the app is not the interbank rate unless it is expressly described as such. Please review the information shown before confirming.

9. Cards and payment tools

If a physical or virtual card or another payment tool is made available to you, you must use it only as permitted and keep it secure. Spending, withdrawal, merchant, location or security limits may apply. A transaction may be refused, delayed or reversed where required by law, where there are insufficient funds, where fraud or misuse is suspected, or where another legitimate security, compliance or operational reason applies.

10. AI-powered features

Grelvio uses artificial intelligence to explain transactions, organise information, provide insights, personalise your experience, detect unusual activity, suggest actions and help you use financial services more efficiently. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or based on assumptions. AI-generated information is general assistance and is not personal investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, and the AI features do not make Grelvio a bank or a financial adviser. Important financial decisions remain yours. Where an AI feature can take an action for you, the app explains the permission or approval required and any applicable limits before the action is taken; an AI feature does not send a payment on your behalf — a payment you instruct through an AI feature is carried out only after you confirm it in the app and complete the authentication we ask for. This does not change payments that occur without a new instruction, such as incoming payments, scheduled or recurring payments you have already set up, card transactions you have authorised, refunds, reversals or charges that are due.

11. Information, privacy and data

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Notice. We use information needed to provide services, verify identity, prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory duties, improve security and operate AI-powered features where permitted. Some services rely on specialist third-party providers. Accepting these terms does not amount to consent for optional data uses where separate consent is legally required.

12. Fraud, financial crime and prohibited use

You must not use your account for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, illegal activity, abuse, or activity prohibited by law or applicable product rules. We may delay, refuse, block, freeze or investigate activity where we reasonably believe this is necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, legal or risk reasons. In some circumstances the law may prevent us from explaining the reason.

13. When we may restrict or close an account

We may suspend or restrict an account or a particular service where required by law, where eligibility is no longer met, where information provided is materially inaccurate, where the account is misused, where amounts owed remain unpaid, where security or fraud concerns arise, or where continuing to provide the service would create unacceptable legal, regulatory or operational risk. A suspension or restriction is different from ending the agreement. Where we or the relevant provider end an agreement of indefinite duration, we will give you the notice the law requires: for framework contracts to which the amended Payment Services Regulations 2017 apply, that is normally at least 90 days' notice together with the reasons for the decision and information about how to complain, unless one of the exceptions in those regulations applies — for example where notice or reasons would be unlawful, would prejudice the prevention or detection of crime, or where the contract is terminated for a reason permitted without that notice. Ending the agreement is not the same as changing it: notice of a change to these terms is dealt with separately below. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, and your right to redeem any electronic money balance continues to apply.

14. Unauthorised or incorrect transactions

Check your transactions regularly. Tell us as soon as possible, and in any event without undue delay after you become aware, if you notice an incorrect, unauthorised, duplicated, missing or failed transaction. Under applicable payment services law you may lose your right to a refund if you do not tell us within 13 months of the debit date. Where a payment was not authorised by you, or was not executed correctly, you may be entitled to a refund or correction; the outcome can depend on the payment type, timing, and whether you acted fraudulently or with intent or gross negligence. We will pass eligible claims to the relevant provider, investigate with them and explain the outcome. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Third-party providers

We work with different kinds of provider, and their role is not the same. Services that require regulatory authorisation — holding your money, account details, payment execution, safeguarding and card issuing — are provided through providers authorised for that activity, and their terms, limits and regulatory protections may also apply to you. Other suppliers, such as identity-verification, screening, hosting, communications and AI technology suppliers, provide technology or checking services to us; they support the service but are not the authorised provider of your account and do not hold your money. Where relevant, Grelvio will identify the provider and make the applicable information available before or at the point you use the service.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms to reflect changes in law, regulation, security, technology, products, providers, costs or the way our services work. Where payment services law requires advance notice of a change — normally at least two months for a change to a framework contract — we will give you that notice, and you may end the agreement free of charge before the change takes effect. If a change requires fresh acceptance, access to affected services may be paused until the new version is reviewed and accepted. You can ask us for a copy of these terms on paper or in another durable medium at any time, free of charge, and previous versions remain available on request.

17. Communications and electronic documents

We may communicate with you through the app, email, SMS, notifications or other contact methods you have provided, in English. Account documents and notices may be provided electronically where permitted. Keep your contact details current so you do not miss important information.

18. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a Grelvio service, contact us using the support options in the app and tell us what went wrong and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it and explain the outcome. Where the service you are complaining about is provided by an authorised third-party provider, we will tell you who that provider is and how to complain to them. Depending on the product, the provider and your circumstances, you may also be able to refer an unresolved complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service; we will tell you in our response whether that route is available to you.

19. Closing your account

You may ask to close your account at any time, subject to pending transactions, amounts owed, legal restrictions and product-specific conditions. Where your balance is held as electronic money, you may ask for it to be redeemed at its full value; a charge may be applied only in the limited circumstances allowed by the Electronic Money Regulations, and any charge will be told to you first. Before closure, move or redeem any remaining available balance and save any records you wish to keep. Redemption or transfer of a balance can be delayed where a legal, compliance or fraud check applies. We may retain information after closure where required or permitted by law.

Please save or download a copy of these Terms & Conditions for your records. Product-specific terms and third-party provider terms may also apply. Grelvio is not a bank and electronic money is not a bank deposit and is not directly protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Grelvio is operated by R.G.B FINANCIALS LTD.
